Yoti Joins Pineapple Support As Supporter-Level Sponsor
Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit, is pleased to welcome Yoti as a supporter-level sponsor. The digital identity and biometric technology company joins over sixty adult businesses and organizations in committing funds and resources to the organization.
“We couldn’t be happier to support Pineapple Support and all the incredible work they do for adult industry professionals,” says Danny Whitehorne, Commercial Director of Age-Restricted Retail and Content at Yoti. “They’re a brilliant organisation who share our goal to make the adult industry safer for everyone.”
Pineapple Support was founded by British performer Leya Tanit in 2018, after a string of losses in the adult industry from depression and other mental illnesses. The organization, a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the United States, has connected over 8,000 adult performers to mental health services, including free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.
“I’d like to thank Yoti for supporting Pineapple and the adult industry,” says Tanit. “I’m comforted by Yoti’s show of support for adult performers as they grapple with uncertainty around ever-changing age verification regulations around the world.”
