One of the tips I stress to webmasters preparing for any adult convention or conference is to have a game plan. Also have a list ready of people you want to contact, meet for the first time, or just see again. The bigger shows are hectic and you can get caught up in the frenzy. The next thing you know, it’s time to get back to the airport to head home, after not accomplishing anything. I want to give you two big pointers in addition to knowing whom you want to interview: Write notes on the back of business cards concerning how you obtained them; you can’t possibly remember every scenario. Also, have a thorough schedule. On your schedule, you should list the parties you plan on attending as well as your work. This convention is about the work but don’t forget about the play!

I will actually be busier than heck at this show. (Don’t get me wrong; there will be time for fun). YNOT Network is lucky enough to be promoting many new products and services for itself, as well as for other entities. In order not to confuse the people who I will be talking to at the booth, I have found it necessary to list what I will be talking about and when. If I am talking to a webmaster about LoadTime, (www.loadtime.com ), and then all of a sudden switch to the webmaster sales at Sex.com , then I may confuse the webmaster, or I may dilute the conversation.

There are three new products I will be heavily promoting at the InterNext as well as YNOTmasters.com and YNOTBob.com .All of these products, or services, are great for any webmaster. Oz, over at TheAdultWebmaster.com has two new services that are going to change our industry. I believe in them so much–I will be spending much of my time promoting them to webmasters. One service Oz has out right now is his Affiliate Program Traffic Management/Cascading Billing program, (http://truestats.humaniq.com). It BLOWS my mind that webmasters out there think they (1) they already have something similar to this and/or (2) they don’t need it. There is NOTHING like this out there, and it is FINDING revenues of up to 20%. Let’s say you are making $100K on your sites, and you put this software into your system. You WILL make an additional 20% on those same sites with this software than without. Slam dunk, simple, easy money!! You will also have total control over your traffic. No more relying on third-party stats processing and rev share partners. Again, if you think you have something like this, you don’t. And if you think you can just build it and then use it, think about the months and months of beta testing that went into this, and the fact that you may have been able to pay for the product in the time you took to build one. The program provides 24-hour support and an honest and reliable company backing it.

The other service Oz will be launching (and I will be heavily promoting) is his LoadTime (http://www.loadtime.com) software. This product will be announced today. I just checked this out this week and it will change the way we build our adult sites. The cut and dry of this software is it builds a fully functioning, daily-updated members area for your pay site. There are updated streaming videos of very high quality, special-full features of the day, changing galleries, and detailed archives. Why spend an arm and a leg on content and upgrades when for one price you can have it all for less than the cost of one content CD? And you don’t have to do the labor on the updates. This software is versatile, and if the conditions are right, Oz can even specifically cater this software to better fit into your member’s area “look”. Build your tour, your framework, install this software, and BAMMM, you have a daily updated, fully-packed adult pay site. Amazing!

I have also been fortunate enough to enter into an agreement with Sex.com to help launch the webmaster side. They have a new offer at Sex.com that can get webmasters with affiliate programs listed on the webmaster side, and the much sought-after search engine side. This listing is good for up to two years! The monthly cost breakdown of this is what a tank of gasoline costs, so it is affordable for both small and large webmasters. This is a great opportunity for anybody to have their affiliate program listed in the webmaster section AND up to five of his or her pay sites on the search engine side for TWO YEARS! Due to what I believe will be a large response to this new opportunity, and its limited time offer, I will need to have separate meetings in my suite to accommodate. Please let me know if you want to get in on this offer. I don’t see why anybody who is eligible wouldn’t.
