YNOT is pleased to announce the launch of Seat of Your Pants, a new podcast hosted by YNOT co-owner Jay Kopita. The new podcast is an adult industry-focused show Kopita describes as “essentially interviewing our friends with no agenda in place.”

“I’ve been wanting to do a podcast for a while now,” Kopita said. “YNOT was one of the first in the industry to do podcasts, back when they were called ‘online radio shows.’ YNOT Humpday Lunch ran from 2001 to 2006. Later, from 2015-2017 we had Porn and Coffee, which I co-hosted with Thomas Skavhellen. After being a guest on several other industry podcasts recently, I started to realize how much I missed hosting one and decided it was time to start up a new one of my own.”

Working with Kopita as co-host of Seat of Your Pants will be BDSM and kink educator Mistress Kye, who Kopita said he picked because “she’s like a sister to me.”

“We are so different in some ways and so alike in others, so we vibe really well,” Kopita said of Mistress Kye.

“Jay’s silliness taps into the man-child that dwells deep in my soul and we spend a lot of time laughing together,” Mistress Kye explained. “We both greatly enjoy talking to folks and getting to know the human being. This podcast is us doing exactly that in a casual and unstructured way. As listeners, you get to fly by the seat of your pants along with us.”

Kopita said Seat of Your Pants will strike a truly conversational tone and eschew heavy-handed promotional content in favor of spontaneity and fun.

“The idea of the podcast is essentially interviewing our friends with no agenda in place,” Kopita explained. “The listener basically will be a fly on the wall of our phone calls, indulging in some audio voyeurism. We’ll be unprepared, the show will be unpredictable and the fun will be unparalleled – we’ll just be doing things by the ‘seat of our pants’ as the show’s name suggests. Anything can happen and the idea is just to have a blast and present our guests as the people they are, rather than a canned sales pitch with a human face on it.”

The guest for the first episode of Seat of Your Pants is adult performer and content creator Lexi Luv, who said she eagerly accepted the invitation to be the show’s inaugural guest as soon as it was offered.

“When I was approached to be the first guest I had no idea what I was signing up for,” Luv said “but I immediately said yes because I knew whatever the guys over at YNOT were up to it was going to be a good time!”

Kopita said he’s now looking for sponsors to support Seat of Your Pants, with opportunities for both online and on-air ads.
