Top adult tube site xHamster has released its first comprehensive survey of porn viewership in 2016, using data from over 2 BILLION visits worldwide. Included in the data:

• “Mature” women (40+) beat out “MILF” for 2016’s most popular category
• Mia Khalifa topped this year’s list of most searched for female star, and Kim Kardashian was knocked out of the top five for the first time in years.
• The lowest traffic days of the year coincided with major events in the Republican primary.
• The most searched for term in the US in 2016? “Mom”
• Top fetishes by country, female viewing habits in major US cities, and other major data points are available in the three-part series.

Viewers watched over 1.8 billion hours of video on xHamster this year (that’s 205,479 years in 2016), and what they’re viewing habits gave us some of the most illuminating numbers of the year. xHamster is the third-largest adult site in the world, and boasts more traffic than the New York Times or CNN.
