Williams Trading Co. Issues Operations Update
PENNSAUKEN, N.J. – In a statement addressed to its customers, adult pleasure products wholesaler Williams Trading Co. provided an update on its return to operations, explaining that due some of the company’s staff still not having returned to full-time hours, “orders will be delayed.”
“We first wanted to send our gratitude to all of our customers during this trying time, for your business and understanding,” Williams Trading said in the statement. “As a business in this environment, it has been very difficult to get the proper personnel to fulfill our customers’ orders. The unemployment and stimulus checks make it tough for maintaining and the hiring of new personnel.”
The company said as June 1, it has started up its warehouse again and “some of the office support staff back to full-time hours.”
“The remaining office staff will start back to full-time status over the next couple of weeks,” the company added. “We are doing our best with the personnel we have, to expedite and fulfill your orders. Please be patient.”
Williams Trading added that until the company “can hire the proper amount of personnel for our warehouse, orders will be delayed.”
“A copy of the invoice will be emailed to you once the order has been completed by our billing department,” the company explained in its statement. “Any account that picks up an order at our facility must wait until the email is received before coming to the facility. No Exceptions.”
