Williams Trading Co. Updates Soft Opening, Shipments Plan
Williams Trading Co. recently announced that all wholesale and dropship orders are being processed, though they are operating with “severely reduced” warehouse staff at this time. The organization has, however, received a significant backlog of orders and is working through processing them as states begin to re-open.
“We apologize for delays in orders but due to our limited warehouse and office staff because of COVID-19, we are doing our best,” a company representative wrote. “We have enacted strict safety, sanitary, and social distancing guidelines for our entire staff to follow. During this staged soft opening, the following terms and conditions will be followed for all orders.”
Terms and conditions for current and future processing of all orders includes:
– Delays in order fulfillment should be anticipated as Williams Trading Co. continues to operate in a soft open manner and limited personnel.
– Orders will be fulfilled on a first-in, first-out basis, and accounts must be in good standing. All orders will be prioritized based on these guidelines. With limited staff, orders will be delayed.
– Effective immediately, “add-ons” to orders will not be allowed.
– All customer service issues should be addressed in email only to individual Williams Trading Co. sales reps or CSR at this time.
“We look forward to serving your needs and catching up with all order backlogs,” they wrote. “Once the state of New Jersey lifts the mandated stay at home order, we will have the ability to bring back a full-time staff. At this time we continue to operate in a ‘soft open’ plan with limited staff and are working to process all orders. Please be patient.”
Like many other organizations in the adult industry and beyond, Williams Trading Co. seems to be making the best, safest and most strategize decisions and policy enactments it can in these times.
