Warren G to Headline ‘The Players Ball’ at Vegas Internext Expo
YNOT – Fans of the Player’s Ball will be happy to hear that the legendary event will be returning to Vegas for Internet Expo, and promoter D-Money has announced that popular recording star Warren G has signed on to headline the event. The show will take place on January 10th at the Rain nightclub at the Palms Hotel and Casino.”I’ve wanted to have Warren G perform for years now,” D-Money said. “He has a lot of classics and always puts on a great live show.”
Warren G is a west coast rapper who in 1990 formed the group 213 with Snoop Dogg and Nate Dogg. All three artists soon went on to pursue solo careers, and in 1994 Warren G released the hit “Regulate” with Nate Dogg, and it quickly climbed to number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 list. His debut album went triple Platinum, selling more than 4.5 million copies in the United States.
“Because the party is the welcoming party, which takes place the day before Internext registration opens, the Players Ball will not be able to issue passes at the show,” reads an event press release. “All attendees must register online.”
