Walter Of Tip Top Wins Third Leg Of YNOT Grand Prix At AWSummit
MAMAIA, Romania – Neither rain nor the other environmental challenges associated with an outdoor track could slow down the fun at the third race of the 2018 YNOT Grand Prix, which ran yesterday at the AWSummit.
Walter of Tip Top Studio took first place with a best-lap time of 11.29, while second place was snared by Paris of AdultFund with a time of 11.39 and last year’s third-leg winner Alin of My Secret Studio captured third place with a lap time of 11.40.
Sponsored by JuicyAds, BongaCash, Studio20, International Processing Solution and AWSummit, the race on Tuesday was the third of the YNOT Grand Prix’s four legs. The fourth and final race will go down at TES Prague in September.
“The weather mostly cooperated with what turned out to be a new location for our group with an outdoor track,” said YNOT co-owner and YNOT Grand Prix organizer Jay Kopita. “It rained on and off for over an hour. BongaCams, one of our great, very supportive sponsors, showed up in full force and there were plenty of cam model drivers this year, as well. Despite the less-than-ideal conditions, there were no real spills or bad crashes, thankfully.”
With different drivers finishing in the top three spots at each of this season’s three races, the competition for the Grand Prize of $1000 is still wide open.
“The $1,000 prize is still up for grabs, with the next race at TES Prague being the deciding factor,” Kopita said. “As intense as the competition always is at these races, I’m anticipating it getting ratcheted up even more at TES in September.”
Under the YNOT GP point system, a first-place finish yields 10 points, second receives 8 points, third receives 6 points, fourth through sixth place finishers get 4 points each and seventh place through the remaining “death match” field which completes the final race get three points each. The participant with the highest point total will be awarded the grand prize following the final leg at TES.
