YNOT – Isle of Man-based DEK International LP has named Vincent T. “Vinny” Lipari president of the company’s Web Transaction Services subsidiary, based in Austin, Texas.

Previously, Lipari served as the director of business development and a member of the board of directors for Checkgateway LLC, a provider of automated clearinghouse services. During his tenure with the company, he added nearly $200 million in annual ACH processing volume.

With 14 years of management and business-development experience in his background, Lipari will focus on growing revenue for DEK and its subsidiaries in addition to assuming direct management responsibility for WTS.

Since 1997, WTS has provided ACH e-ticket and payment processing services in the high-risk market. DEK’s WTSeu subsidiary builds on WTS’s experience and capabilities by enabling third-party credit card payments, non-U.S. electronic funds transfer and phone-based e-ticket services.

Lipari plans to extend and expand WTS’s services and capabilities through his consultative approach with merchants and extensive experience in the electronic payments industry.
