Utah Porn Model Sues California Studio over Pay, Royalties
OGDEN, UT — An Ogden, UT, woman has sued Oceanside, CA-based adult content producer Dennio Enterprises, claiming the company failed to pay her a salary, commission and royalties as agreed in a 1996 contract.Tamara Vandyck filed suit in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City, UT, November 18th.
According to allegations contained in court documents, Dennio paid Vandyck as agreed until January 1st, 2007, when the company began offering through its websites old video content featuring her. Vandyck alleges Dennio owners Elisabeth and Stephen Flores marketed the old material as new, and therefore should be required to maintain their financial arrangements.
According to Vandyck, her efforts on behalf of the company helped it gain “fame and notoriety” in the adult entertainment industry.
She seeks unspecified damages for “financial devastation, loss of reputation and severe emotional distress.”
