YNOT – The 5th Annual Urban X Awards and Dinner Gala will take place July 21 at The Odyssey in Granada Hills, Calif. Founded in 2008 by Giana Taylor and originally called the Urban Spice Awards, the honors annually recognize contributions of significance in the interracial and ethnic categories of adult entertainment.

Performer Nyomi Banxxx and AVN Award-winning director Alexander Devoe will host the 2012 event.

Public voting continues on talent nominations continues through July 2 at UrbanXAwards.com. Categories include Oralist, MILF Performer of the Year, BBW Star of the Year, BBW Newcomer of the Year, Male Performer of the Year, Female Performer of the Year, Rising Star Female, TS Performer of the Year, I[nter]R[acial] Star of the Year, BBW IR Star of the Year and TS Interracial Performer of the Year.
