In Hollywood it would be unthinkable for a director to release two movies in the same year, let alone a pair on the same week, but in the Other Hollywood such rules don’t apply.

That’s why a legendary director like Axel Braun can not only release a dozen or two movies in the same year, he can release two or three on the same day and, in fact, it’s almost expected when a certain date comes around, like the deadline for consideration for nominations for the AVN and XBIZ Awards. That deadline was Sept. 30 and Braun did not disappoint.

That’s how a performer like Seth Gamble can have two of the year’s biggest releases come out on the same day as they did late last week for Braun’s Deadpool XXX and The Possession of Mrs. Hyde (both Wicked Pictures). Seth, the veteran of Braun blockbusters like Star WarsXXX, 24 XXX, Cinderella XXX and SuicideSquad XXX, has the lead in Deadpool and plays Mr. Hyde to Avi Love’s Mrs. Hyde in Possession.

“It’s crazy to have two movies so big coming out at the same time, but it’s really awesome,” Seth said. “Honestly, a performer is lucky to have two movies like these coming out over a career, let alone in a single year or a single day, so I feel incredibly blessed. A lot of people really want to see basically everything Axeldoes and these two movies are entirely different offerings, so it’s a cool opportunity for people to see just how broad his talents are.”

Deadpool XXXdebuts Lady Deadpool, played by Wicked contract star and one of the industry’s most celebrated actresses Jessica Drake. They are surrounded by all-stars including Brad Armstrong, Aiden Ashley, Ana Foxxx, Nikki Delano, Tommy Gunn, Ramon Nomar and Will Ryder.

The Possession of Mrs. Hyde, which was shot in black and white, also stars Kenna James, Jessica Drake, Reagan Foxx, Victoria Voxxx, Ramon Nomar, Alex Legend, Dustin Daring and Charlotte Stokely.
