Twinks Smoking Site Gets Makeover, New Affiliate Program
MONTREAL – A niche site designed to satisfy those who get a charge out of young men smoking has partnered with a site-management and –marketing company to increase its visibility within its target market.
First, Boys-Smoking.com received a facelift. Not only does the site sport a new, mobile-compatible look, but also the older content has been re-mastered so it fits better with the newer, high-definition material.
“There are a lot of new features that our members will be happy about,” said site founder Jim Mason.
A brand-new scene that pairs fan favorites Marcus Mojo and Dylan Knight gives members a taste of what’s to come.
Mojo has “been on the site before, but he’s basically retired, so we were thrilled when he agreed to appear on Boys-Smoking again,” Mason said. “We have always had a great love for Marcus. The opportunity to put him with Dylan Knight came around, and the scene is amazing. Everyone is in for a wild ride.”
According to Mason, the smoking fetish has smoldered in gay adult content since the 1940s, but until recently the only smokers depicted were daddies and bears. In 2002, Boys-Smoking began exploring the fetish with a younger model population.
“We set out to explore the fetish with twinks and jocks,” Mason said. “The response was, and remains, phenomenal.”
The second part of Boys-Smoking’s new approach to the market is its placement under the IndieBucks affiliate program, operated by the same company that remodeled the site: Stunner Media.
“We’re super excited to be working with Jim on Boys-Smoking.com,” said Stunner Content Production Manager Erynn V. “It’s a new niche for us, and we’re determined to take the site to the next level.”
Erynn also said affiliates who signed up under the site’s previous affiliate programs must migrate their accounts manually by visiting IndieBucks.com and signing up for a new account. Previous affiliates codes no longer work.
IndieBucks pays $30 per sign-up or a 60-percent recurring revenue share.
