Translations XXX Launches New Translations Service for Mobile Developers
CYBERSPACE – The mobile market continues to heat up in America since the successful launch of the iPhone, joining a European market that has been singing the praise of mobile communications for some time now. So as more adult Internet companies turn to mobile to provide some relief for sagging sales, it’s no surprise that new services are surfacing to assist in the mobile development business. The latest such arrival is a targeted translations service Mobile-Translations.com, created by the team at Translations XXX.
“We initially offered mobile content translations to a limited amount of clients,” said Lucie Drouin, Director of Business Development for Translations XXX. “But because of their positive feedback and the growing amount of demand we decided to open this service to all clients, both large and small.”
Those clients have already included names like WAAT Mobile, American Mobile Ventures, TwistBox Entertainment and OneBip. The new service offers translations to and from languagues that include English, German, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, French, Korean, Greek, Polish, Dutch, Croatian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, and Italian.
According to the team at Translations XXX, the mobile market provides unique challenges for developers – even when it comes to translations.
“we gained a lot of experience in the formats required,” explained Drouin. “Space limitations and proper localization issues related to mobiles.”
That, she says, is the reason behind the launch of a whole new website at www.mobile-translations.com.
