Too Trans for Facebook? There’s an Alternative
LOS ANGELES – A new promotional tool promises to help T-girls turn social media traffic into money.
2T4FB.com, a joint venture between Lightspeed Media Corp. and Grooby Productions, allows models, producers and promoters in the trans erotica arena to post Facebook-, Twitter- and Instagram-safe images to their accounts. The censored images link to the uncensored version posted to the T-girl’s profile at 2T4FB. With a single click, fans get what they seek.
Models are paid for each image they upload to 2T4FB, as well as each click the censored version receives.
Grooby and Lightspeed make money by selling advertising on the website.
“When Steve Lightspeed approached me with this [idea], I was very intrigued,” said Steven Grooby. “Once I got to play with the software, I found he’s built an extremely easy and accessible tool that is actually fun to use and productive.
“We’ve had excellent results in the first week of the soft launch with a lot of quality, dedicated, transgender-orientated adult traffic from social media avenues,” he continued. “I’m looking forward to reaching out to people in the coming weeks who would be interested in these prime and targeted ad spots.”
2T4FB and its sister properties 2Hot4FB and 2Gay4FB offer advertisers, promoters and models access to social network traffic that traditionally is difficult to capture and monetize.
“Grooby is a pioneer and continuing leader in the transgendered adult market, and Lightspeed Media is proud to partner with them to bring the 2T4FB app to their models, fans and associates,” said Steve Lightspeed, chief executive of Lightspeed Media and creator of the software. “The 2T4FB app is the perfect addition to the 2Hot family of adult-community social media apps.”
