TheBestPorn Names Ken Farrell New Director of Marketing
LAS VEGAS, NV – Adult review website TheBestPorn.com (TBP) has announced the hiring of Ken Farrell as Director of Marketing and Public Relations, a position vacated by industry icon Aly Drummond when she left the adult industry last month.“Ken has been a close friend for many years and is one of the most talented, likeable human beings ever made,” says TBP founder and owner Rick Muenyong, who launched TBP in 2003.
In an email to YNOT, Farrell states that he spent the last 15 years working with several different ‘Fortune 250’ companies, “primarily working with clients to develop strategies/programs to drive and grow their businesses.”
“My first instinct was to fish within the industry’s talent pool,” says Muenyong. “However, when I started to picture Ken doing this job, I couldn’t sleep I was so excited. I’m confident he will live up to Aly’s legacy and bring a little of his own flavor to the mix.”
Farrell says that his work in mainstream markets allowed him to “gain extensive experience in business analysis and multi-faceted marketing programs that included online, print and television campaigns.”
“Although the majority of my experience is outside the adult arena, there are great synergies with my new position,” writes Farrell. “I plan to bring these skills to TheBestPorn.com and continue to develop the existing strong relationships with other webmasters to create great win-win partnerships.”
In addition to being responsible for the execution of TBP’s overall marketing strategy, Farrell will also handle webmaster and public relations for TBP, including representing the company at industry events and on industry forums and message boards.
