It seems like we have our hands in lots of different cookie jars. So, in an effort to ORGANIZE the company, we’ve decided to REORGANIZE how we approach the different areas that we’re involved with.

For beginners, we’ve changed our company, MODENA Group, LLC. We’re now using MODENA Group, LLC. as a holding company. This holding company will be the legal entity that serves as an umbrella for all of the other companies that we’re creating. These other companies will focus in the different disciplines that we’re now embracing.

As far as the MODENA Group, LLC. website is concerned, it will also be redesigned and its new purpose in life will be to inform people of all the “cookie jars” our hands are in. Due to an un-approving new bride, and lack of time to focus on the business, it is my great displeasure to announce that our CFO, Xavier, will be leaving the company. His expertise and help will certainly be missed. However, we will muddle through and make it work without his great assistance.

Recently we’ve been discussing the possibilities of entertaining venture capitalists into the business. We’ve been looking over our business plan, adding pages upon pages daily as our business model changes, and even speaking to some people that want to invest in an adult business.
