‘The Devil will Come to You’
LOS ANGELES – John Stagliano’s fascination with vampires has morphed into something even more twisted. Those who thought Stagliano’s foray into artistic heresy couldn’t get any more bizarre after April’s ninth webisode of Voracious Season Two were wrong.
In the 10th webisode, launched Wednesday at EvilAngel.com, Stagliano again takes on the Catholic Church, superimposing religious iconography and vampire lore on top of, around, and through each other — and adding Satan, to boot.
Set behind convent walls, “The Devil will Come to You” features Jessie Volt, Roxy Raye and Ashley Fires.
“Late at night in the convent, bad girls need to be severely warned of the dangers of temptation,” Stagliano said. “Innocent beauty Jessie Volt is the victim. Roxy Raye is supposed to keep her from temptation, with the help of Ashley Fires.
“Yeah, that didn’t work,” he added. “The devil will find you — just open your ass.”
Stagliano raved about the performers.
“Jessie Volt makes an exquisitely beautiful and innocent-looking nun,” he said. “Jessie surprised me with her natural skill at acting. I have had such good luck with the French.
“Roxy Raye makes the perfect brown noser,” he continued. “Her acting was also wonderfully surprising. She is not a mainstream porn girl. She graciously decided to work for me. Her perverse talent comes with wholesomeness, mixed with extreme decadence.
“A warning label should come with Ashley Fires: Stay six feet away or risk being debauched like you never have before.”
“The Devil will Come to You” also features a memorable performance by Rain DeGrey in a non-sex role as the overworked Mother Superior. Stagliano called DeGrey’s dialogue and action “amazing.”
“Her hands-on method of discipline is only surpassed by the facile, smart and vile diatribe that spews from her mouth,” he said.
Shot in California and Eastern Europe, Voracious Season Two updates the kinky sex, clever vampire lore and crafty filmmaking established in the popular, award-winning first season. Devotees of Stagliano’s fetish-laden, sexually intense cinema won’t be disappointed.
Affiliates may promote the series via Gamma Entertainment’s award-winning FameDollars affiliate program, which pays as much as 50-percent recurring revenue share or $35 for each full sale or trial membership.
