Terpon Offering Free 3D VR Webcams to First 1,000 Models Who Apply
Terpon, the first company to engage in full-scale manufacturing of a product specifically aimed at VR adult entertainment, has announced a promotion under which the first 1000 models to apply for one will receive a free Terpon Hermes 3D VR webcam.
To be included in the webcam giveaway, models need only to visit TerponModels.com and sign up.
“The Terpon Hermes camera is a world class streaming video device capable of broadcasting in traditional 2D, 3D or full VR at the same time,” said Terpon CEO Jean-Claude Artonne. “That means you can use it for any live webcam show and be seen in the format your fans prefer most. If one fan wants to watch on a laptop, another prefers seeing you on a 3D television, and the rest all want to check you out in truly immersive Virtual Reality, you just turn on the camera and it does all the rest for you.”
In a statement announcing the webcam giveaway, Terpon said the “manufacture, production and distribution of these game changing cameras has been eagerly anticipated by many of the top models in the webcam industry” – and this promotion now gives those models the opportunity to claim one for themselves.
“Your camera is just a few clicks away, at zero cost up front with planned performance upgrades and future versions all soon to be included as part of Terpon’s commitment to all its content partners,” Terpon said in its statement.
Artonne said that the company is “already working diligently on the next version of the cameras, and will continue to push the envelope to make sure Terpon cameras help models maintain and important competitive advantage.”
“Technology is what we do, and the upcoming product line of integrated toys, cameras and support promise to be the easiest way for any model, studio or cam platform to grow their revenue in the short and long term,” Artonne added.

Editor’s Note (added November 19, 2018)
We received several questions about this post from models, so we reached out to Terpon for more details.
Terpon’s Tim S. let us know that the cameras are ready and the first 1000 cameras they are offering to market are free, based on a selection criteria. Tim said, “The selection criteria is based on a number of key parameters around how many followers [models] have on social media, how many hours they cam per given paid period and which sites they work with. If we are to give them a free camera we need to ensure it’s being used.”
He also added, “We literally just opened the doors last week and 10 percent of the quota is already reserved and we haven’t even really started to push it so it’s promising.” Tim also included this link: terponmodels.com.
