Taylor Stevens Joins Adult Webcam Conference Team
LAS VEGAS – Popular webcam performer and outspoken webcam industry advocate Taylor Stevens has joined the team organizing the Adult Webcam Conference & Expo. Lead Organizer Coralyn Jewel said Stevens will lend her savvy to ensuring the expo and the Adult Webcam Awards not only address the needs and wishes of performers, but also provide long-overdue respect to a segment of the industry too often overlooked.
“I’d like to see [the] AVN [Awards] have an award for Best Webcam Model, because webcaming is where it’s at for every girl in [the adult] industry,” she has said. “I just think there needs to be more respect for the performers. They give their all every day. I know I do.”
Born in Toronto, Stevens is of Palestinian descent and has become one of the most accomplished names in adult webcam modeling. She maintains a high profile in both adult entertainment and the mainstream, but her rise to success was not without significant challenges. Supporting herself since the age of 15, she has battled obesity and lymphoma.
“These challenges have only made me a stronger and a more independent woman,” she said. “Nothing gets put in front of me that I can’t handle.”
According to Jewel, “Teaming with Taylor was a natural fit for us. We are thrilled to have a widely respected name in the industry helping us shape the conference and awards show.”
The Adult Webcam Conference and Awards show will take place Jan. 20-21, 2016, at the Alexis Park Resort in Las Vegas. More information about the event is available at AdultWebcamConference.com.
