T-girls to Enter the Virtual Reality Game
LOS ANGELES – Virtual reality seems to be the latest trend in adult. A few companies already have launched websites in the space and others are exploring options. Expect to see more VR announcements in the coming months as companies launch new products and destinations to capture a share of the emerging market before others snatch all the money.
The most recent operation to undertake a VR project is T-girl studio Grooby Entertainment, which launched a preview site Monday. The company calls GroobyVR “a revolutionary way” for fans to interact with their favorite performers.
“I’m a child of the 70s, and virtual reality was only something that we’d see in sci-fi,” said owner Steven Grooby. “When I got to try the latest VR headsets a few months ago, I was absolutely blown away by the technology advancements and how immersive and seamless it was to use.
“Virtual Reality should be for experiencing something that we wouldn’t in our own ‘reality’ of life,” he added. “For most people, they’re never going to meet and have sexual contact with the hottest transsexual stars, but GroobyVR will be the next best thing.”
According to the website, viewers may watch the company’s VR products on their smartphones with the aid of goggles produced by Oculus Rift, Google or Samsung.
“The videos are shot as though you are in the midst of the action,” the site notes. “If she gets on top of you, that ass and cock are going to be in your face. Look around, enjoy the show, engage your fantasies as you choose what to see with full 180° and 360° vision and binaural 3D sound.”
Grooby is so proud of his company’s unproven product, and so sure of its success, that he couldn’t resist a display of cockiness.
“I believe only Grooby has the brand awareness and the access to transgender models and studios worldwide to bring the best VR to the consumer,” he said. “We’re testing on current technology right now with an aim to have finished content online in the near future, and we’re interested in hearing from anybody that would want to work with us on this either in a technological, production or performing capacity.”
