YNOT – Montréal-based StunnerMedia has hired Simon Soulières to fill a newly created marketing and affiliate manager position. Formely employed by the BuddyProfits division of Gamma Entertainment, Soulières’ professional experience econcompasses the North American gay market segment of the adult entertainment industry. He also possesses more than 10 years of retail experience.

“Simon is a great addition to our marketing team,” said StunnerMedia President Phil St-Onge. “He has a wealth of experience that will be of great benefit for us. Simon will also be heading our affiliate programs’ activities.”

The company operates the gay adult affiliate programs BoyCrushCash, StandAhead and Phoenixxx.

“StunnerMedia is the perfect fit for me,” Soulières said. “With several pay sites and all the future projects they have [planned, my job will be] very exciting and challenging.”

One of Soulières’ first official duties was to announce the addition of an affiliate-referral bonus to Phoenixxx: The program now offers a 5-percent commission override for webmaster referrals, on top of the $25 per sign-up or 60-percent revenue share affiliates earn for their own sales.

“Many affiliates, such as directories and webmaster boards, rely on webmaster-referral programs,” Soulières explained.
