Stripchat Opens New Contests for Men, Trans Models
In addition to broadcasting, receiving tips and selling content, models on Stripchat can earn money by participating in three-hour and monthly contests. In fact, according to the organization, Stripchat awards approximately $20,000 in contest prizes to models every month.
Historically, Stripchat has been successful at attracting women models. Consequently, performers in their “Boys” and “Trans” categories were at a competitive disadvantage in these contests. Now, Stripchat is launching new contests where men and trans performers can compete in their own individual categories.
The new contests are part of a larger initiative to attract more men and trans models to the platform. Since there is (presumably) less competition in these categories, Stripchat asserts that this is a good place for relevant models to grow they income.
Beginning this week, models can look for the new “Girls,” “Boys” and “Trans” tabs in the Current Month, Top and Last Month’s Winners areas. Models can also check the different winners from each group, review the contest rules and see the prizes to be awarded for each place and category.
The following are listed the prizes for “Boys” and “Trans” categories:
1st place – $1000
2nd place – $500
3rd place – $250
4th and 5th place – $100
6th to 10th place – $50
11th to 20th place – $25
The Monthly Contest is based on how many StripPoints models have collected in the three-hour contest. StripPoints are calculated by earnings per hour online. Models can visit the platform’s Models Wiki to read more about contest rules and strategies to increase StripPoints.
