Producter Steven Shame Launches New Realty Series “Dateranger”
With the launch of the British series DATERANGER and the accompanying internationalization of his production portfolio, German adult producer Steven Shame (32) has set himself a clear goal for 2021: “The next 12 months are all about increasing international awareness.”
With world-renowned top actresses such as Tina Kay, Alexxa Vice and Zara DuRose, Shame not only put together a competitive cast for his new format. With the exception of the series pilot, which was shot in Berlin, the 16 episodes of the series DATERANGER were produced in London, one of the world’s adult capitals.
Producer Shame is also venturing into new territory in the production of the series: “In the past, we have taken inspiration for many of our productions from young formats on YouTube. DATERANGER takes the next step and combines that style with state-of-the-art reality TV influences.” Each episode of DATERANGER will be introduced in the style of a reality show. The series will be carried by lead actor Bodo Burner (36, AVN Award nominee in 2020) in the first season. Before Burner was active as an adult performer, he spent many years in front of the camera on numerous TV formats.
Shame is particularly proud of the aesthetics of the sex scenes: “Since Bodo Burner has a lot of experience with POV productions, we combine point-of-view with gonzo elements in DATERANGER. On the one hand, the viewer has an overview of the scene, but on the other hand, he is up close and personal in Bodo Burner’s first-person perspective.”
DATERANGER, like all Steven Shame series (including CAM BARON and DATING BARON), was produced bilingually in English and German. The first season consists of 16 episodes. They are published since last week on the adult tubes PORNHUB, XHAMSTER, XVIDEOS and XNXX. Additional distribution channels will be announced at a later date. A second season is already in the works.
