Sophia Locke, the content creator and adult film performer has announced that her career is back after taking a five-year hiatus in 2016.

“Some people have regrets about going into the adult industry… I regret ever leaving,” says Locke, one year out from her return to the skin biz.

Locke originally left the industry to make her partner happy, which left her unhappy.

“There are few jobs that have more of an impact on personal relationships than adult entertainment: from the extra-close bonds we make in our tight-knit community to the fallout with our families that no longer speak to us, there is an emotional weight that we carry – one way or another, when we choose this career.”

As an example, Locke lost her relationship with her mother “because she doesn’t agree with what I do for a living,” affirming her personal mission “to shift perspectives of other people based on my true lived experiences in porn, since I can’t do that with her. It is healing for me.”

Now, firmly back in the saddle, Locke has made up for lost time. This year she was featured in performances for numerous studios including TeamSkeet, MYLF, Girlfriends Films, Naughty America, BadoinkVR/ KinkVR and New Sensations.

“I missed the exhibitionism and like-minded community of models and fans; I assumed I’d been forgotten, but the same supportive folks were shockingly still there for me and embraced my comeback, said Locke.”

She also stated that this time around, she’s committed “to do my part to demystify, legitimize and humanize the adult industry; I started a TikTok account to bring awareness to how the business of porn works. It has been a joy to reach a big audience and get the feedback that minds are changing when it comes to the negative stigma around adult work.”
