Slixa Addresses Customer Privacy Concerns
Leading online adult entertainment directory Slixa is addressing the privacy and confidentiality concerns of its users, assuring that its security measures are locked tight to ensure that identity and data are protected.
Slixa has been encrypted since day one with strong SSL/TLS encryption (the “s” in “https”), and consistently receives A+ ratings from Qualsys SSL Labs, meaning the data flowing between computers and servers is unreadable and unattainable to hackers and thieves.
“We strongly believe in the privacy of our users and their clients,” said Donia Christine. “Since Day One, Slixa has taken every extra step available to ensure that the data you do choose to share with us is kept safe.”
The company servers are hosted in a secure data facility located in Switzerland, under Swiss jurisdiction. Each customer’s data is hosted from an internal network with multiple layers of firewalls, strong security software, monitoring and attack prevention, and the strongest access controls available. The servers are managed and kept patched against the latest security issues by their own in-house team, and no one outside Slixa has access.
“Information is encrypted before being stored, and all passwords are hashed with a strict password hashing mechanism,” added Christine. “In the unlikely event that an attacker gained access, they would only be able to access the information that’s already hosted on our public site, and passwords would be unreadable.”
Slixa admin and customer service is also located outside the U.S. on an internal network, protected by a strong VPN using public key authentication. Access to this network can only be obtained from secured, Slixa approved devices, and only by authorized users.
Slixa has always offered the strongest security measures in the industry, and they’re continually working to maintain and improve the protection of user data.
