Shy Love Leaves ATMLA
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – Shy Love, founder of Adult Talent Managers L.A., has sold her remaining interest in the firm to Mark “Blazing” Schechter. Schechter, a 14-year veteran of the online adult space, and performer Peter North bought into ATMLA in December 2012.
“After partnering up with Mark toward the end of last year and being able to spend more time with my family and also focus on new business ventures, I have decided that it is time for me to take this opportunity and retire from my active role in managing ATMLA,” said Love, a former performer who founded the agency in 2006. “Mark has really grasped the agency side of the industry extremely well, and I am very confident now that he will take this business I built and continue to manage it with the high level of success that I did.
“I walk away in comfort knowing that all the models I have represented over the years and all the production clients will be in very good hands,” she added.
Schechter co-owns the BlazingBucks affiliate program, which recently joined the Gamma Entertainment family of companies.
“Owning and managing [a talent] agency has been a target of mine for many years,” he said. “I saw an opportunity, and the timing was right. I feel I have a lot to bring to this side of the industry, with my vast knowledge of the industry and deep relationships I have garnered over the years that will enable me to succeed in representing the models now and in the future.”
ATMLA primarily represents models from Hungary, the Czech Republic, Spain and the U.S.
