YNOT – Shinefish Entertainment has launched the official website for Rico Montana’s studio, Hot Buttered Porn. As part of the deal, Shinefish also will distribute all DVD and internet content for HBP.

“We ran across content for Rico Montana’s studio Hot Buttered Porn during the editing process for one of our other websites,” said Shinefish founder Anjanette Astoria. “It was immediately apparent that Rico’s steady camerawork, directing skills and lead-in story lines were a cut above, and we felt strongly that we had to add Rico and his work to our lineup.”

Montana, formerly a camera operator for television news in San Bernardino, Calif., got his break in adult film working with adult studio Pink Visual. After honing his skills under Pink Visual’s tutelage, he branched out with his own company.

“From shooting news I learned how to shoot documentary style, storytelling through shot selection, run-and-gun guerrilla filmmaking and editing in-camera,” Montana said. “I have applied some of these techniques to my adult productions.”

Montana said he also freelanced for Playboy Entertainment Group, adult content producer Reality Gang and Spice TV.

“Now, with the experience I’ve gained working with some of the best in the business, I’ve put on the cap of owner, launching a raw, gritty, filthy and slick new studio,” he said. “Hot Buttered Porn is a gateway to a grindhouse theater of smut. I am really very pleased with the site and many of the options that will evolve as we continue to add content.”

The website offers not only a members area where fans can stream or download all of the studio’s content, but also direct links to theaters hosted by AEBN, Gamelink and HotMovies. In addition, online stores affiliated with the site offer video clips, DVDs and sex toys. The site also is connected to major social networks.

Montana said he was pleased with the finished product.

“[Shinefish’s] Bob [Sherman]’s editing is top notch,” Montana said. “He clearly pushes the storylines through the editing process spending more time than most in post-production.”

Hot Buttered Porn’s first two DVDs, Home Invasion Nymphos – Director’s Cut and Home Invasion Nymphos 2 will street in late February. Both titles are in the final stages of post-production under Sherman’s leadership.

HBP is part of the Shinefish Entertainment affiliate program, which pays a 50-percent recurring revenue share on membership sales.
