A sex worker from Sheri’s Ranch, a legal brothel near Las Vegas, Nevada, has revealed that investing hundreds of thousands of US dollars in plastic surgery has not only improved her self-esteem, but also dramatically increased her income and earning potential in her field.

Sybil Stallone, a successful porn star and licensed courtesan at the brothel, has invested nearly $500,000 in surgical procedures including a nose job, a Brazilian butt lift, cheek, chin, and lip fillers, and a considerable boob job that boosted her breast size from a D-cup to a G-cup. After transforming into a self-proclaimed “Brunette Barbie,” the sex worker says that her life has improved dramatically in every possible way.

“Cosmetic surgery has not only improved my self-worth, it has tremendously improved my literal worth with regard to my profession as a sex worker,” Stallone said. “Since I started on my journey towards personal enhancement, my revenue has increased by 200%. By the time I retire, I expect to get a return on my cosmetic surgery investment that’s at least ten times over.”

The sex worker attributes her success to her shameless approach to plastic surgery and sex work, ignoring the stigma associated with both by choosing to do what she loves and by making what she believes are the right lifestyle choices for her.

“Cosmetic surgery is a lot like sex work, a lot of women do it, but they rarely admit to it because of the stigma attached to it,” Stallone said. “I’m successful in my field because I love myself and I’m proud of the choices I’ve made.”
