Scheduled Rebills, Cancellations Increase Depth of CCBill Reports
TEMPE, Ariz. – When CCBill debuted its new FlexStats reporting system in June 2013, the e-commerce solutions provider said one of the system’s strongest points was extensibility.
Thank goodness for the warning. Ever since, CCBill has been adding reports and analysis tools in an effort to provide one of the most robust data packages on the merchant-processing market. This week, the company added two new reports — Scheduled Rebills and Cancellations — both of which help merchants track the status of customers and intervene before current members become former members.
“We are extremely excited to unveil the latest enhancements to our FlexStats system with the addition of two new reports,” said CCBill Vice President of Product Development Jason Kirk. “Both Scheduled Rebills and Cancellations provide merchants with the ability to quickly and easily access important data and information in a highly organized fashion to better understand and evaluate past, present and future trends.”
Scheduled Rebills reports allow merchants to view data relating to upcoming rebills for their properties. Designed to showcase all subscriptions that are scheduled to roll over, the reports include a dynamic interface, time-frame-specific quick stats functionality, and detailed breakdowns of scheduled billing by payment type, region, currency and source of the original sale.
Cancellation reports provide merchants with the opportunity to view data pertaining to cancellations. The reports provide detailed information including total number of cancellations, average income lost per cancellation, average number of times each former member was rebilled prior to cancellation, and average length of time each cancelled membership was active. Graphing, snapshots and more detailed breakdowns are also available, along with data about conversions to assist in analyzing several aspects of a merchant’s subscription data in one place.
“The addition of the new versions of these popular business reports is another step towards our drive to provide an interactive set of business intelligence support tools,” said Gary Jackson, managing vice president of sales and internet markets for CCBill. “I tend to say this repeatedly, but no business can expand and grow without a solid understanding of its current business, and these new reports expand on that with trending and projections for upcoming sales. That becomes invaluable in adapting to the changing marketplace.”
CCBill has been providing merchant solutions for the online adult entertainment industry since 1998. The company currently counts more than 30,000 websites worldwide among its clients. For more information about the company, its e-commerce platform and account-management options, visit CCBill.com.
