PATTAYA, Thailand – Savannah Sly of New Moon Network is this week’s guest on the Adult Site Broker Talk podcast, the show announced today.

Savannah is the founder and co-director of New Moon Network, a non-profit that “strives to strengthen the movement for sex workers’ rights through funding, technical assistance, and leadership development.” She also serves on the board of the Woodhull Freedom Foundation, an organization committed to defending sexual freedom as a fundamental human right and is on the global steering committee of the Sex Work Donor Collaborative. Savannah has been advocating for the rights and wellbeing of people in the sex trade since 2013

“With lived and studied experience, she articulates the impacts of criminalization, surveillance, discrimination, and stigma on sex workers and promotes holistic solutions to mitigate exploitation in the sex trade,” Adult Site Broker Talk stated in the announcement.

In addition to the positions and efforts listed above, Savannah has “played a significant role as a coalition organizer for the ACLU’s Tech Equity Coalition and worked with grassroots sex worker initiatives like the OldProProject, SWOP-Seattle, and the Sex Workers Outreach Project USA, where she served as board president.

Savannah’s commentary has been featured in a variety of publications, including Brookings, Teen Vogue, and Psychology Today.

New Moon Network supports sex worker and survivor-led organizations in the U.S. that work to advance the rights and welfare of people with lived experience in the sex trade.

As an intermediary fund, New Moon provides financial resources to the sex workers’ rights movement and assists grassroots leaders with grant writing, fiscal sponsorship, and budgeting.

The New Moon team also consults corporations, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals to identify impactful projects and opportunities. Since its inception in 2022, New Moon reports that the organization has brokered investments of $1.5 million into 50+ sex worker-led organizations in the US.
