RPM Acquires Shinefish
YNOT – Rising Phoenixxx Media, parent company of affiliate program RPM Cash, has acquired Shinefish Entertainment from former MILF performer Anjanette Astoria.
Astoria, a multi-racial performer who joined the adult industry in 2008 and left late last year, founded Shinefish as her own production company after appearing in 37 productions for studios including Madness Entertainment, Elegant Angel, Hustler and Brazzers. She launched not only her own website (now offline), but also official sites for male talent Seth Dickens, Dirk Huge and Richard Mann. Mann’s site is no longer under the Shinefish umbrella.
“I have worked with Rob Anthony of RPM for many years,” Astoria said, according to a posting on the RPM blog. “I am happy to have him continue on with what I started with Shinefish.”
Rising Phoenixxx Media is an adult web design and content production studio with locations in California and Florida. Prior to its acquisition of the Shinefish portfolio, RPM promoted sites for Ciara Blue, Don Fernando, Lexi Marie Mayhem and The Lunch Boxxx.
Anthony indicated a new project to showcase Astoria’s work is in production.
RPM also is in the process of moving Shinefish’s existing sites to the RPM Cash network. The affiliate program pays a 50-percent recurring revenue share through CCBill.
