Rome Major Scores First Mainstream Part in HBO Max Series
Award-winning adult performer, Rome Major has announced that he has shot his first ever mainstream appearance on Season 2 of HBO Max’s Rap Sh!t.
Rap Sh!t is a comedy about two Miami rappers (Aida Osman and KaMillion) trying to find success in the music industry. Also appearing in the show are James Sinner, Bobby Adore, John Legendary, Athena Heart, Ginger Grey and Sarah Lace.
Created by Issa Rae the series originally debuted exclusively at the American Black Film Festival. The first season got a glowing review from critic site, Roger Ebert, when it was released stating that the narrative which is shot “chiefly through the characters’ phones as Facetime calls, text messages, and voice notes” was beautifully done. HBO went on to pick up RapSh!t for a second season and Rome is now enjoying a part on the successful series.
“My first ever appearance in something mainstream! I had a blast on the set, and I can’t wait for my fans to see me,” gushed Rome.
Originally from Jamaica, but raised in Philadelphia, Rome has worked with Kendra Sunderland, Lilith Jane, Richelle Ryan, Tia Cyrus, Jenna Ivory, Rio Blaze, Harlow Harrison, Chanell Heart, Ashley Fires, Nina Hartley, Carmen Valentina, Alura Jenson, Sara Jay, and countless more. Companies he’s worked with include Score, Plumper Pass, Wyde Syde, Dogfart, and CherokeeDass.com. He now adds HBO Max to the list.
“Thanks to my agent 101 Modeling and the producers of Rap Sh!t for choosing me! I’d love to do more mainstream… it’s the first time I haven’t actually had sex on set, ha ha!”
