Fans of the saga of Carrie Prejean will be delighted to know that the former Miss California has a whole lot of salacious digital media to answer for this week. Internet sources are reporting that Ms. Prejean has made no fewer than seven solo sex tapes to go with at least 30 nude pictures, some of which were reportedly taken by the beauty star herself.“Some of the new sexy photographs that have been unearthed Prejean allegedly took herself, of own reflection in a mirror, alternately topless and completely naked,” wrote Soraya Roberts for the NY Daily News.

These new reports might make it difficult for Ms. Prejean to resurrect her recent career preaching family values to gullible crowds.

Famous more for her stance against same-sex marriage than for her success in the Miss USA beauty pageant, Ms. Prejean has been making her living lately talking to groups opposed to gay marriage. When news of a first sex tape surfaced, Ms. Prejean tried to salvage her reputation with conservatives by casting her decision to make that tape as the “biggest mistake” in her life. Explaining six additional supposed lapses of judgment, however, might be difficult.

Last night on MSNBC, pundit Keith Olbermann reported that Ms. Prejean, furious with her former boyfriend who exposed the tapes, insisted that he tell others that she was only seventeen when the tapes were made; according to Olbermann, the former boyfriend refused and has said she was actually twenty at the time, not seventeen.
