Although COVID is still present in many facets of our daily lives and businesses we must try to adjust and adapt accordingly. We at TES Affiliate Conferences wish to do this safely and in the most responsible manner possible by simply adhering to national and international guidelines.

There are 3 factors that have heavily influenced our decision to host a TES “Lite” Affiliate Conference:
1. The Czech Republic in general and Prague in particular has a low COVID exposure in comparison with the rest of the EU (see worldometers.info).
2. For a large portion of our attendees/sponsors Prague is a destination quite easily accessible by car for those that wish not to fly.
3. The venue hotel, Vienna House Diplomat Hotel, offers us a conference and meeting area of over 4.000m2. As we are only opening TES “Lite” for 500 participants/sponsors while officially the hotel can accommodate 2.500 participants. We will thus be operating at a 20% capacity level so that we can successfully implement:
– A safe design of the event (8m2 p/p ensures proper social distancing)
– Very visible routing & event information
– Enable an effective management to safeguard the event

As the COVID situation is fluid we have adapted our cancellation policy accordingly so that you can avoid any problems with refunds in case travel from your country becomes restricted.

The cancellation policy for the venue hotel (Vienna House Diplomat) is identical to the cancellation policy for the entrance tickets to the event.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis and hope to be able to welcome you in a safe and secure venue on the 30th of October.
