Qwebec Expo Extends Registration through July 4
MONTREAL – Qwebec Expo has extended its 2017 early registration dates through July 4 to give Americans preoccupied with Independence Day time to take advantage of special pricing.
“We are happy to celebrate our south-of-the-border friends’ national holiday by extending their early-bird registrations,” said Michael Plant, chief executive officer for the annual adult industry trade show.
Until the midnight between July 4 and July 5, Qwebec Expo attendees from any country may register for U.S. $140 instead of the regular fee of U.S. $190, which will be available through July 22. Registration at the door will cost U.S. $220.
Celebrating its 14th annual event Aug. 3-6 at the Novotel Centre Hotel Downtown Montreal, Qwebec Expo acts as an international crossroads for U.S., Canadian and European members of the online adult entertainment industry. The business-to-business trade show provides website owners, webmasters and service providers with information and resources to help them build, maintain, promote, market and grow businesses in a sector Plant said generates more than $15 billion per year.
“We focus on bringing in the right people and putting everyone together in a cozy environment,” he said. “This isn’t a giant hall full of booths where you interact for a few seconds with thousands of attendees. This is the show where you can sit down and chat with people on a more meaningful level and make connections that last a lifetime.
“This year it’s especially important that we are the closest show to the U.S. mainland that does not require anyone to enter the United States,” Plant continued. “Recent customs changes and immigration policies have made it much harder and more complicated for some travelers to enter the U.S., so meeting here in nearby Montreal is a perfect location central to the needs of everyone inside and outside the U.S. seeking a convenient place to connect.”
