QB Tom Brady Is Now In The Vivid Radio Sports Spotlight

LOS ANGELES, CA – Tom Brady, the age defying New England Patriots QB, will be in the subject of discussion on Jan. 12 & 15 in the January Vivid Radio Sports Spotlight. The regular monthly feature is heard on the Sports Byline USA and Vivid Radio networks.
Brady, now 40-years-old and in his 18th season, follows a strict diet to maintain a flexible, game-ready body. In his book The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance he also gives tips and routines that he uses on a daily basis.
