GERMANY — There’s no way of knowing exactly what a 20-year-old sales clerk was thinking when she got dressed and later boarded a bus in Lindau – but the thoughts of the easily distracted bus driver who threw her off his bus for being “too sexy” appear clear.Billed as “Debora C.” in Bild, claims that even though she moved to another seat in order to avoid the wandering eyes of the driver, “Suddenly he stopped the bus. He opened the door and shouted at me, ‘Your cleavage is distracting me every time I look into my mirror and I can’t concentrate on the traffic. If you don’t sit somewhere else, I’m going to have to throw you off the bus.”

Moving “somewhere else” didn’t help and soon the young women was deemed “too sexy for my bus” by the driver and deposited at the side of the road, wearing a snug summer outfit including a low neckline.

While some might suggest that the driver didn’t work hard enough to avoid lingering over the lady’s cleavage, the company he works for stands behind his decision. “The bus driver is allowed to do that and he did the right thing,” a company representative insists. “A bus driver cannot be distracted, because it’s a danger to the safety of all the passengers.”

Whether mothers with screaming children or teens with potty mouths might be the next to learn the joys of standing on the side of the road hoping for a ride is unknown.
