‘Porn School’ Set to Debut Online
YNOT – A new website set to debut in February hopes to play a role in “quench[ing] the never-ending thirst for information [about] the adult industry.”
The Adult Academy plans to provide articles, videos, news and “how-to” instruction for both would-be models and producers, according to a spokesman. Items aimed at talent will concentrate on tips and “insider advice” about entering and succeeding in the adult entertainment industry. On the producer side, readers will find information about U.S. federal recordkeeping and labeling laws, camera equipment, lighting and locating talent.
The site already includes a few blog entries that comment about industry news and gossip. A forum will offer separate discussion areas for talent and producers, as well.
“The forum seemed like a great idea, because like many industries, connections are key in the porn business, and so we hope that apart from allowing members to ask questions, they will also have the opportunity to create new working relationships,” site developer David Miller wrote in an announcement.
