Porn’s Punk Princess Gets a New Look
NEW YORK – After complete overhauls, Joanna Angel’s flagship websites have been re-launched with new features, more content and fresh technology.
As part of the refurbishing, several of Angel’s smaller niche sites were consolidated into BurningAngel.com, transforming the destination into a one-stop mega-site for Angel’s signature alt porn with attitude.
The consolidation resulted from the partnership between Angel and Montreal-based FameDollars, a subsidiary of Gamma Entertainment. Since January, FameDollars has overseen maintenance and marketing for the BA family of websites.
“The revamp of BurningAngel has been a long time coming, and we’re extremely excited to see our fans’ reaction,” Angel said. “Everything on the site has been streamlined, which includes faster loading for the videos and downloads, an awesome user interface and full mobile versions of the sites.
“Our users have spoken, and we listened,” she continued. “We’ve addressed many issues, features and concerns they had, and together with FameDollars, we’ve spent the past six months really taking our product to the next level. I look forward to what the future holds for our partnership.”
Angel’s personal website, JoannaAngel.com, also received a redesign and update. The site now offers many of the same user experience features the BurningAngel mega-site includes, but retains an intensely personal feel.
“I’m really thrilled to have Joanna Angel on board with us and her unique brand, sites and vision under the FameDollars umbrella,” said Director of Product Development Magalie Rheault. “She has created a product unparalleled in the market today, and it really complements our diverse and award-winning roster of partners.
“Burning Angel is very different from the average porn experience,” Rheault continued. “The community aspect to the site is one of its key features, and we really worked to integrate that aspect of it into as many parts of the site as we could.
“Joanna and her team are incredibly talented and very involved in all aspects of their websites,” Rheault added. “It’s a pleasure working with them, and our partnership is getting ready to kick some serious ass.”
