YNOT – Porn.com has acquired the Portuguese domain name Porn.pt as part of what the company characterized as “a broader plan to consolidate traffic sources” by localizing destinations.

“As the number of innovative Porn.com products continue to expand, so does our portfolio of top-tier domains strengthening the value of our brand,” said spokeman David K. “HostedTube, PaidPerView, TrafficForce and the growth of Porn.com are important parts of our overall plans. The addition of Porn.pt amplifies their importance while demonstrating our continued commitment to the international audience.”

At debut, Porn.pt consisted of a landing page presented in English; internal pages redirected to Porn.com. The company has not indicated whether it intends to translate Porn.pt into Portuguese.

The parent site, owned and operated by PimpRoll, offers more than 170,000 high-quality, full-length videos and photo sets, David K. said. The site is updated daily.

PimpRoll pays up to $50 per sign-up or 65-percent recurring revenue share for promoting a portfolio that encompasses more than 300 websites.
