Podcast: Sell Porn or Die Trying, Evil Chris
AUSTIN, TX — Sell Porn or Die Trying is back with an all-new episode. Host and YNOT CEO Connor Young talks with “Evil” Chris Rodger from Payze.com, and the episode is available for free on YNOT, Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
“I’ve known Chris for about as long as I’ve been in the industry, he’s one of the really good people in this business,” said Young. “He started out as an adult affiliate back in the original gold rush days, and now he’s Director of Sales at Payze.com, a payment processing service that’s friendly to the adult industry. It was great to have this chance to get his thoughts on the state of adult affiliate marketing and where things are going from here.”
Future episodes to conclude Season 1 of the show will feature these guests: Andy Wullmer, CEO Mobile at TrafficPartner.com, and Jeff Dillon from Nafty Token. Season 2 will kick off in January of 2022 with all-new sponsors Broker.xxx and ClickAdu on board.
“Of course adult industry people are concerned about the credit card processing situation, so I made sure to cover that topic with Chris since he has an ear to the ground in that respect,” said Young. “That’s a situation we’re going to need to keep monitoring, so it’s great to hear from people who work closely with MasterCard and Visa.”
According to Young, this episode of the podcast isn’t just all business. He does spend some time talking with Chris about the stranger side of public opinions.
“I miss hanging out with Chris at The Phoenix Forum, which doesn’t happen anymore,” added Young. “We used to spend time kicking around conspiracy theories just for the fun of it, it always amused me because Chris is such a reasonable guy. Want his thoughts on Jewish space lasers? The JFK assassination? We cover all that and more, and I loved his responses.”
