Pinedale Forum Announces Launch of “MetaDale Forum”
PINEDALE, Wyo. – Pinedale Forum, the adult industry’s premier rural U.S. trade conference, announced today the launch of “MetaDale Forum”, a trade event that’s “poised to revolutionize the adult trade show as we know it” according to Reggie Cheney, CEO of Adult E-Vents Ltd. and organizer of the Pinedale Forum.
“MetaDale Forum is the first edition of a groundbreaking new type of event I invented called the ‘Double-Virtual Conference,’” Cheney explained. “Unlike a typical virtual conference, a Double-Virtual Conference doesn’t involve Zoom sessions or traditional videoconferencing of any kind. Instead, we will all synchronize our watches, don our virtual reality headsets and meet in the ‘Metaverse’ of our collective mind.”
Cheney conceded that the structure of MetaDale Forum means that “those who wish to take part in this revolutionary new form of adult industry gathering are going to need both a compatible VR headset and a very open mind.”
“With the MetaDale Forum, we’re establishing not just a new form of adult industry conference, but a whole new level of interpersonal communication,” Cheney said. “There’s bound to be a few hiccups, like some attendees potentially being unable to visualize Power Point slides in quite the same form the presenter or panelist is mentally projecting them. But that’s just the price of innovation – which is not to be confused with the price of registration, which will be in the $1200 to $1600 range.”
Seminars planned for MetaDale Forum include the business development session “How to Launch a New Fan Platform in Six Hours”, the content production panel “Nudity: Cosplaying for Minimalists” and a legal panel moderated by the industry’s leading Artificial Intelligence-based litigator, NED3000_Esq.
Cheney said a hard date for the MetaDale Forum has yet to be set, but he’s “targeting sometime in the first two weeks of 2022.”
“I chose January for two reasons,” Cheney said. “First, January obviously isn’t a big month for tradeshows in the adult industry. Second, for the seventh year in a row, many highly respected VR industry analysts are projecting that 98.71% of the global population will receive a VR headset for Christmas.”
Another advantage of the MetaDale Forum’s double-virtual nature, Cheney noted, is the “completely limitless sponsorship opportunities.”
“Pretty much by definition, I’m open to any ideas for sponsorships advertisers can come up with,” Cheney said. “And since space in our collective mind is truly infinite, file size and resolution are of no consequence. Hell, you don’t even have to worry about deadlines to deliver creatives!”
Asked whether he thinks the $1200 to $1600 registration fee could seem a bit steep for what some might construe as an entirely imaginary event, Cheney said he’s “sure the savvy entrepreneurs, content creators and influencers of the adult industry will be sufficiently shrewd and forward thinking to see the immense, unprecedented value of this event.”
“All those who attend MetaDale Forum are getting in on the ground floor of a concept that is sure to take the tech world by storm,” Cheney said. “You can’t measure the value of that in mere dollars – or mere clicks, signups, leads, deals done, new contacts made, or even whether you come way feeling like you actually interacted with anyone else during the event.”
