Pineapple Support, Chaturbate Launch ‘Spectrum Support Group’
Adult industry mental health nonprofit Pineapple Support has announced the launch of a free, online support group “dedicated to individuals who are or suspect they may be on the autism spectrum,” the organization announced today.
Sponsored by Chaturbate, the six-week “Spectrum Support Group” will be led by Pineapple Support therapist Haley O’Bryan. The support group will begin next Monday, April 7, at 8 PM EST.
“This group provides a gentle, embracing space where members can share their experiences and gain insight on how to navigate life as a neurodivergent individual,” O’Bryan explained. “Together, we will explore strategies for self-care, social interaction and personal empowerment, all while fostering a supportive and understanding community.”
Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit said the organization is “incredibly grateful to Chaturbate for their support in launching this much-needed group.”
“Performers on the autism spectrum face unique challenges in both their personal and professional lives,” Tanit said. “This group will offer a safe and inclusive space for them to connect, share, and receive support tailored to their needs.”
According to the announcement, the Spectrum Support Group will begin on Monday, April 7, at 5 PM PST / 8 PM EST / 2 AM CET and will run for six weeks. Each session will last 60 minutes.

Founded by Tanit in 2018 after a tragic series of losses within the adult industry community stemming from depression and other mental health struggles, Pineapple Support is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. To date, the organization reports that it has “connected over 14,000 adult performers to free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.”
