Phoenix Forum Hotel Reservations Open Jan. 25
YNOT – Industry members planning to attend the 2011 Phoenix Forum may begin booking their hotel rooms at special rates on Jan. 25.
The event has become one of the most popular webmaster gatherings of the year and the headquarters hotel sells out quickly, according to a Phoenix Forum spokesman. This year, the Tempe Mission Palms has implemented a queue system to handle calls in the order in which they are received, and that will open at 9 a.m. Tuesday and remain operational until all rooms have been booked.
“This year’s Phoenix Forum has already generated a lot of interest, and we expect another great year,” the spokesman said. “With full attendance expected, we recommend that attendees call as soon as hotel reservations open up to reserve their room. You can reserve lodging by calling 800-547-8705. We do not recommend hanging up if you are placed on hold.”
Only registered attendees will be allowed to book rooms at the hotel during the dates of the event, March 31 through April 2. For those three days, the entire hotel will be accessible only to Phoenix Forum staff and guests, ensuring uninterrupted networking and socializing.
Registration for the Phoenix Forum opened Monday and will continue through March 30. A reduced conference fee of $195 per person is available until Feb. 4, when the fee will rise to $275 per person. Those who choose to register on-site will be charged $325 each.
