Penis Enlargement Claims Provoke Class-Action Lawsuit
BOCA RATON, Florida – An herbal supplement company out of Boca Raton, Florida is facing a class-action lawsuit over herbal “penis enlargement” pills that an East Coast man says just don’t work as advertised. Michael Coluzzi, a businessman out of New Jersey, has claimed in a lawsuit that Alzare LLC is guilty of false advertising because it “guarantees” results with its penis enlargement supplements; but according to Coluzzi, the product does nothing to increase the size of a man’s penis.Attorney Stephen DeNittis, who is representing Coluzzi in the lawsuit, says the goal is to stop Alzare from ripping people off.
“It’s a product that just doesn’t work as promised and we want Alzare to stop,” said DeNittis in an interview with Boca Raton News.
The lawsuit, filed in late January, seeks class-action status.
A Florida doctor who specializes in herbal medicines confirmed to a local newspaper that herbal pills can’t increase penis size.
“There’s no supplement out there that will increase the physical size of your biological penis,” confirmed Dr. Stephen Silver of Boca Raton.
“The best somebody could possibly experience from those ingredients is a good feeling,” Silver added. “Would any of it enlarge your penis? Absolutely not. Even with an energy tonic, you can never give a guarantee with herbal supplements because they don’t have the potency of pharmaceutical drugs. No respectable medical doctor would give one.”
Other experts agreed with Dr. Silver.
“It’s laughable that Americans are so gullible,” said Rob Gordon, director of the non-profit American health Association (AHA). “You can’t buy your way around mother nature.”
