A Talk with Paradise Marketing – Taking Pleasure Products to a Whole New Level
This week YNOT is turning the spotlight on Tori Titus-McCrobie, Director of Sales for Paradise Marketing to shed a little light on this company which calls itself the number source for condoms and lubricants.
If you take a breeze around their site, you’ll see that condoms and lubricants are only part of the equation – they also carry a wide variety of enhancement and pleasure products and work with some of the top names in the business such as Trojan, Durex, KY, Lifestyles and more.
Recently under new management, Tori shared that Paradise Marketing is now enjoying a shift in presence, education, and new established partnerships. They’re excited to work with vendors to secure more marketing support “in order to change the conversation around condoms and fill a deep demand in the consumer market with more than just product, but with awareness and confidence to gain the best experience.”
Learn more about this heavyweight in the adult pleasure product world, how they support their business partners and why they’re able to offer some of the best prices on the market without sacrificing quality.
What makes you bigger and better than other companies out there?
We have an enormous level of buying power, which allows us to meet our business partners at the same price, and often even a better price than if they were to buy direct or through other means.
We also have a specific FDA certification that allows us to embellish condoms, meaning breaking down specific styles of packaging, repackaging the product into bulk containers and other unique assortments at a lower cost, while still meeting all the requirements for class II medical devices such as condoms.
There are a lot of regulations around having proper indications for use presented with the product and generally maintaining the class II medical device specifications around condoms as they move from supplier to distributor, to retailer, and finally to consumers.
Tell us about your customer service what is important to you when dealing with those who buy your products?
We care about more than just supplying our business partners with quality products, we want to also make sure that product awareness and education go hand-and-hand with the supply.
We have recently been investing a great deal into our rebranded website, our focus is to fully merge the easy shopping experience with a full suite of available product features, detailed product education, sizing or sensation options, etc. Condoms are great to try in different styles, but with improper sizing comes a significant loss to general effectiveness due to potential leaks.
We stock what you need, we can help you expand out what you have, and generally we are here as a committed partner to make condoms sexy again; these are essential products when looking at drug resistant STI’s which are impacting the end user in a much more alarming way.
You don’t know what you don’t know, and we hope to help consumers not gather information through negative personal experience – but through a more shared and impactful dialogue.
Talk to us about how you decide what products to carry?
We focus on keystone brands that have been fully licensed/certified; for us the tried-and-true method is of great importance, we want customers to have a high level of trust in our products and feel that their expectations are formed and met properly.
As a team under new leadership, we have all had the opportunity to come to this market with fresh eyes; this has allowed us to learn from previous leadership, but to also create our own unique understanding of the market that is built around this perspective. Quality is critical to us, you will see many of our buying decisions strictly focused on this avenue; the most important thing about condoms is not that they are oozing with marketing – but that the product is safe, effective, and does what it can to improve and promote safe pleasure.
What are some of the products out there that vendors should take a look at?
Crown condom has been the #! in the adult industry for 10 years in a row! This condom uses a patented Sheerlon Latex to offer a silkier and more natural feel, much like skin itself. The price is also unbeatable and one of the thinnest condoms around!
