OT Publishing Offers iPhone App Builder
YNOT – OT Publishing, parent company of affiliate program OTCash, has launched an iPhone App Builder that allows webmasters to develop and market their very own iPhone applications on a 70-30 revenue split (70 percent of the proceeds go to the webmaster).Offering the technology and what the company says is “guidance to expedite the approval [of the finished product] from Apple,” a company spokesman said the OT App Builder makes developing a product as simple as completing a checklist and compiling images and links. The process provides examples of what worked and didn’t work for OT while it endeavored to gain iTunes Store acceptance for its own, Girls of Only Tease.
Sites using the app builder can offer galleries of images, model or picture of the day programs, calendar wallpapers and blogs — all imported directly from a Twitter feed.
“The OT App Builder makes it easy for solo girls to cash in with a model bio feature, and OT will offer updates as new tools and options are added,“ OT Publishing owner Paul L. said. “It has been a nice addition to the revenue roster and a definite learning experience working with iTunes. Not only do we want to extend this moneymaking solution to the Industry, we want to make the process simple.”
Revenues are based on the country in which downloaders are based and upon price points set by each app’s developer.
“OT will pay the app owner 70 percent of the net that Apple pays us in [British pounds sterling],” Paul L. said. “OT pays out with PayPal, with a minimum of $100 per payout. We can also pay via U.K. cheque drawn on a U.K. bank.”
