OrbitalPay Promotes Jordan Stewart to VP
TORRANCE, Calif. – Jordan Stewart has been named vice president at high-risk payment processor OrbitalPay. In his new role, Stewart will lead restructuring and business-development initiatives.
Since beginning his tenure with OrbitalPay three years ago, Stewart has served in team building and business development roles. Company president Steve Bryson called Stewart “the perfect candidate” for promotion.
“Jordan is a solid leader as well as a great guy,” Bryson said. “His entrepreneurial spirit embodies that of OrbitalPay, and he has shown exceptional loyalty, integrity and motivation in all of his efforts here. He is being put in the driver’s seat, and I am confident that he will be able to navigate OrbitalPay to new horizons.”
Stewart’s immediate task will be to expand the OrbitalPay sales and marketing team.
“I am honored to have been given the responsibility of building and growing OrbitalPay both internally and externally, through a unified sales, marketing and public relations strategy,” he said. “Having Karen [Campbell]’s unrivaled sales expertise on the team is great. She has fueled OrbitalPay for years.
“I am looking forward to adding additional sales executives to our fleet and to start blanketing the industry with our services,” Stewart added. “This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I am grateful to Mr. Bryson for having the faith in me to take his already successful company to new levels.”
Prior to working for OrbitalPay, Stewart served as assistant vice president of sales for OrbitalPay’s parent company, Global Electronic Technology Inc.
He plans to attend The Phoenix Forum, which will take place March 26-29 in Tempe, Ariz.
