OnlyFans “Suspends” Content Policy Change
In a tweet published earlier today, OnlyFans said the company has “secured assurances necessary to support our diverse creator community” and has “suspended the planned October 1 policy change” under which sexually explicit content would no longer be allowed on the platform.
“Thank you to everyone for making your voices heard,” the tweet begins, referencing the outcry from sex workers, adult performers, site users and others who had objected vociferously to the announced policy change. “OnlyFans stands for inclusion and we will continue to provide a home for all creators.”

The new announcement was met with immediate skepticism from many Twitter users, including sex workers and some high profile adult performers and content producers.
Something about the special way you ✨gaslight and manipulate✨ us is starting to make me feel like this account is run by my one of my ex boyfriends

Thank you for opening new doors with your chaos and confusion you have caused to both erotic creators and the fans. We are exploring the competition, don’t put all your eggs in one basket 👉🏻🚪
